At Mesquite Diagnostics Imaging Center it is our desire to provide excellent customer service. We encourage patients and their family members to tell us how well we have met your expectations. If you have comments or concerns, please let us know as soon as possible by: a) reporting the concern to a staff member caring for you; b) asking to speak with the center's supervisor or director; or c) calling to speak with your Patient Advocate at 214-320-7760.

Although we are committed to providing excellent care, we know that there may be times when you have concerns regarding your visit. We encourage you to voice any complaints or concerns you may have and it will not influence or limit your future access to care.
